Selling Process


Dubai is constantly buzzing with potential buyers from all over the world. The standard stages for sale process are:

Setting your price - The key elements to obtaining the best price for your home in the shortest amount time are Pricing, Presentation and Promotion.

Buyers today have generally conducted extensive online research prior to arriving at the purchasing stage, so pricing your property appropriately will ensure that you receive sufficient interest early on.  In order to arrive at a suitable listing price, we will first conduct a full market analysis to determine the most marketable price for your home. The final decision on pricing will, however, of course be yours.

Preparing your property - The second step in this process is preparing your home for showings. This often means significant decluttering and a thorough cleaning. In addition, you’ll also want to remove any home odours, especially those related to smoking and pets. If appropriate, a professional can help you create the perfect lighting and staging (how the furniture and decor are displayed) concept to highlight your home’s best attributes.

Attracting Buyers - Once the price is set, we’ll take care of making sure your property is given maximum exposure to the right buyers and presented in the most positive and alluring manner. We will ensure all of your listings’ unique attributes and selling features are properly emphasized in all our marketing mediums.

Promoting your home through the appropriate channels is the only way of ensuring it will be exposed to the greatest, and most suitable audience.  A properly executed online plan offers the optimum opportunity to generate interest in your home, and with an extensive network of tools available to me, we can ensure that your home reaches the appropriate buyer demographic by utilizing these channels.

Handling Viewings

As your real estate agent, we ensure we maximize the potential of every viewing and open house. To accomplish that, we advise you on how best to prepare your property, we market it to qualified buyers, and then, at viewings, draw their attention to the great qualities of your house.

When it comes to scheduling, we coordinate with you to select days and times that are as convenient as possible. Obviously, we encourage you to be as flexible as you can, as that will enable more buyers to see your property. Weekends, in particular, are popular for viewings.

Completion - As your real estate agent, we’ll work closely with you to ensure the deal is finalized and that your move goes smoothly. Usually, your completion date is when the property is legally transferred in into the new homeowners’ names and the new homeowner receives the keys to the property.

After your home has been officially sold we are still available for anything you need, from advice to recommendations for service providers such as lawyers, contractors, movers, etc. to market updates.
